There’s another fresh episode of In Plain Sight coming up this weekend on Father’s Day. The installment is called “Never the Bride,” and it will have two talented guest stars: veteran actress Joanna Cassidy (Six Feet Under, Blade Runner) and funny Missi Pyle (Boston Legal, Heroes).
As always, the plot revolves around Mary Shannon’s latest witness, a gold-digging con artist named Treena Morris played by Pyle.
Treena loves her men with money, and although she’s in WITSEC — which goes hand-in-hand with keeping your personal business off the radar — she still breaks every rule in the witness protection book when she snags yet another wealthy man and then plans a very high-profile wedding.
Obviously, that lack of discretion pisses Mary off to no end, especially because she still has to protect Treena.
