Hugh Laurie’s Eyes Make the List

Maureen Ryan of the Watcher tells us her picks for this year’s Watchie Awards — her take on the most memorable, notable or just plain weird moments and people of the 2006 TV scene. There are a lot of nominees and I agree with most, especially her nomination of Hugh Laurie’s eyes.

Best eyes: Hugh Laurie’s peepers continue to be among the most transfixing things about “House.” Yes, the show has fine writing and acting and production values and all that. But if that all goes away, those blue orbs will keep me watching.
