Hugh Laurie is Sad, in Spite of His Fame and Acclaim

Once again, thanks to Patrick for posting about this article in the British Daily Mail about Hugh Laurie. Apparently, even though he’s won a ton of awards, and is one of the most admired actors around, he is lonely and sad. Here’s an excerpt from the Daily Mail article:

Over the past three years – watched by a weekly audience of 18 million viewers – he has become one of Britain’s highest paid TV stars.

On top of two Golden Globes, he landed a prestigious Screen Actors Guild award earlier this year.

But a one-time depression sufferer, Laurie has admitted to struggling with fame and adjusting to his new lifestyle.
