Many thanks to Annie in Sweden for letting me know about this! FOX just announced the fall season premiere dates for House. We can expect to see the new cast and the new twists when House season 4 premieres on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 9 pm.

House is great!! I watched the firsts three episodes of House S4 and is really cool! is funny,clever,the new characters are amazing and having jenifer morrinson and jesse spencer back is everything!! and omar epps is working in NY with a new team in the series.;he is a new house!! oops..i told you guys… dont miss it guys its great!!
i hope they give gregory a new love interest… pref blonde and witty
