The tv critic in my newspaper won me and lost me in the span of two paragraphs. He was reviewing the debut episodes of shows that are returning tonight. He gave HOUSE 4 stars and said it was one of the best episodes ever. There I was thinking, “yay! He totally gets it!”. Then I read the next paragraph–his review of BOSTON LEGAL in which he actually included the phrase “deserved repeat Emmy winner James Spader”. “Deserved”!? Even JAMES SPADER knows he didn’t deserve it. I know, time to get over it and move on to season 4! :) Tonight is THE NIGHT!
