Episode 5.16: The Softer Side

In this episode of House it looks like the leg pain has finally become so intolerable that House will start to try to deal with it in a new and more dangerous way. Knowing that he’s a Vicodin addict and has done everything from drop acid to sticking a knife in a socket up until now, there’s no telling what his new “treatment” will consist of…
And the patient is another child whose parents aren’t honest with House…gee, what are the chances of that? ;-)
Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard, C) and Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein, R) are surprised to learn that House (Hugh Laurie, L) has found a new way to treat his leg pain in the HOUSE episode “The Softer Side” airing Monday, Feb. 16 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

wilson and cuddy as siblings? that sounds a little screwed up, haha. he stopped breathing because the methadone(dont know how to spell it, sorry) he was taking caused him to stop breathing when he slept. he almost does kill himself

right now i’m not so big on what’s happenin Huddy wise(that seems to be on track) i wanna know why he stopped breathing(his new treatment) and what it is. it’s prolly really dangerous or something, and in the end, you just wonder how it’s gonna go. House will be house, and althought there is a major possibility, lets hope he doesn’t screw up and kill himself.

see you haft to understand that house was just respecting cuddy in “unfaithful” at the end of the episode house was playing that song for her cuz he was depressed that she dient reinvit him so ya but house was sosoosososo nice to cuddy in this episode it made my hear leap!!!

I love Huddy!!! House can’t be 100% jerk; he should be human. So, they should show him to be a closet nice guy once-in-a-while. I think Huddy should get together, break up, Cuddy hook up with Wilson, and then at the series finale bring Huddy together again.
(Sigh) It won’t last, even though that sensitive side lurks down through all the layers of callousness. I was just surprised to see him in a suit and tie. And no Huddy, either! : (
A nice House??
A slightly softer House I can see; he does have a measure of mush snuggled down beneath all those layers of jerk.
Having said]that, I adore my jerk! If he becomes too nice a jerk, Wilson won’t be able to pull off his good-guy act anymore (which we know is a disguise he throws on when he’s around House).
House — stay heavily salted jerk, it’s what makes you so enduring. And addicting.
i hear he turns nice in this episode! i cant wait to see how he treats cuddy! YAYAYAY!!
His leg pain has probably become intolerable because Cuddy had him walking up the stairs and hid his cane last episode! That was just not a good story, hard to imagine a doctor causing pain for such petty reasons. I hope this week is better.
