Wha…? Hugh Laurie has to be in the top 5 at the LEAST, if not #1 (his rightful spot!). And Jesse Spencer is hotter than Omar Epps…not that Epps isn’t hot, but you simply can’t compete with that hair. :)

Hugh Laurie is THE HOTTEST tv doctor!!!
Sure Patrick Dempsey is a very close second, but George Clooney shouldn’t be anywhere near #1.
I thought that he was super annoying on ER n he is barely “sexy”.
W/e they never get these things right anyways.
And No he doesn’t come up when u type in sexy in google!!!

Ok. I´ve got nothing against Omar Epps but I think that Hugh Laurie is way more sexy than him!
