Horror at the Golden Globes

The Hollywood Foreign Press announced the nominees for the 67th Annual Golden Globes and trueblood09_71there are a few nods to the horror genre.

HBO’s True Blood and Showtime’s Dexter will be duking it out in the Best TV Drama Series category. Anna Paquin (Sookie Stackhouse) is up for Best TV Actress and Michael C. Hall (Dexter Morgan) is up for best TV Actor, with a Best Supporting Actor nomination for John Lithgow (Arthur Mitchell/The Trinity Killer) in Dexter as well. Stanley Tucci (George Harvey) received a nomination for Best Supporting Actor in Peter Jackson’s The Lovely Bones and Coraline is up for Best Animated Feature.
