Leo was great in “The Aviator”. He had a tough job there to do, from the fact that he looks nothing like Howard Hughes (a guy who looked a lot like William H. Macy instead).

When is Leo going to get recognized for his brilliant talent! I feel so bad for him because he always does an amazing job and just has bad timing when up against others. I think he has gone unnoticed for so many of his films (i.e Titanic, Blood Diamond, Catch me if you Can, the Departed, Romeo and Juliet, etc.) Have yet to see Revolutionary Road but also looks like a good performance. Alright, maybe I”m a little biased, can’t you tell I’m a Leo fan?

I’m happy for Kate Winslet, but how on earth did she end up being nominated as best SUPPORTING actress in The Reader? I haven’t seen it yet, but from the trailers, it looks like she’s the main character (or one of them, anyway).

And considering how many awards Slumdog Millionaire won, including Best Movie, how is it possible that none of the actors were even nominated for their performances?

It looks like I have a lot of great movies to catch up on!
