Well, a confirmed bachelor has decided to wed. CSI: Vegas star George Eads finally popped the question to his long-term girlfriend, Monika Casey. The two are now planning to marry as George announced on the Craig Ferguson show this week.
“I got engaged actually to a really nice girl.
“When you go through something that terrible together… I don’t know, maybe it happened for a reason. She really was my champion and really helped me get through that.”
Apparently, this summer he had surgery to repair his spine [Ouch!] and she was there for him through it all. It made him appreciate how important their relationship is. I say, good for them!!

In a lot of interviews made in 2005, 2006 and 2007 George said that he was single, didn’t have a girlfriend and ‘was very happy about it’.
How is that Monica has become a ‘longtime girlfriend’?

Way to go George!! I am so very happy for you and Monica. I just love you to pieces and I want you to be happy – as happy as I am in my marriage. We all tell little fibs so everyone get off your attitude and be happy for them. God bless you.
