"Friday the 13" isn’t far off – both the day AND the movie. Jason is baaaacccckkk … and it’s all my son’s been talking about for weeks. Apparently, teenagers are big into Jason these days.
Here’s the scoop: When a girl goes missing, her brother Clay heads up to the creepy woods around Crystal Lake, where he finds a bunch of rundown cabins and a guy with a machete named … Jason Voorhees.
Directed by Marcus Nispel, "Friday the 13th" hits theaters on Feb. 13, 2009, and stars Danielle Panabaker, Amanda Righetti, Travis Van Winkle, Aaron Yoo, and Derek Mears as Jason. It’s rated R for strong bloody violence, some graphic sexual content, language and drug material. Check out the trailers:
