Forbidden Science Offers Sexy Twist

Imagine Dollhouse on Cinemax After Dark and you’ve got the new series Forbidden Science, a sci-fi thriller with an erotic twist. Set in the near future, the story revolves around 4Ever Innovations, a company that sells replacement clones for lost loved ones. Never had a love who really turned you on? Don’t worry, 4Ever can create one for you and no kink is out of bounds.

But everything this sweet comes with a price tag.  With chocolate cupcakes, it’s the calories. With 4Ever clones it could cost you your life.

Forbidden Science is currently airing on Friday nights on Cinemax or anytime on Cinemax On Demand. Its unique blend of dark scifi and erotic thriller should please fans of both Blade Runner and True Blood. You will find plenty of softcore sex here, so I recommend you watch in the comfort of your own bedroom if there are children about the house. Still, it’s not all about the sex. As a matter of fact, the show’s creator Doug Brode, was building props for the new Star Trek movie before he got the call that his idea was going to series. With ten years as a prop designer in his past, you can bet you’ll see some cool gadgets in Forbidden Science, just don’t talk to me about that mechanical bug that goes in the girl’s mouth. . . ack!

Yeah, creepy and kinky. That’s one hell of a combination. Visit the Forbidden Science website for clips, interviews and a full schedule.
