First look video: Nurse Jackie

We’ve given you sneak peek still photos from the set of Nurse Jackie, but now you can get a real sense of the characters with this inside look from Showtime.

Meet Dr. O’Hara, the bff with balls (and a terrific British accent); Dr. Cooper, the talented young physician whose ambition is confounded by a sexual tick; and of course, Nurse Jackie, the main character who Edie Falco swears is no saint but whose drug problem and tough talk can’t hide her heart of gold.
