I’ve been lurking on YouTube lately, hoping that Showtime will post an ad-free clip from The Tudors new season. I think it’s ridiculous that the net slaps commercials onto its online promos when its a premium service with readers who expect commercial-free viewing. Not to mention that a promo is basically an ad for a show, so you’re watching two commercials for the price of one.
Anyway, I struck out on The Tudors but ran across this charming little clip from The L Word about its guest scriptwriter contest. A fan — and film student — won the contest with a scene imagining the stars in Charlie’s Angels mode, using gaydar as their secret weapon. Check it out:
