DJ Jazzy Jeff Walks Off Stage

DJ Jazzy Jeff abruptly cancelled a show today in Kansas City today when organizers asked him turn down the volume.

After being repeatedly asked to turn down the music Jazzy Jeff stormed off stage telling his fans “They won’t let us play hip-hop, y’all.” Apparently Jazzy Jeff says that organizers told him that they didn’t want him to play hip-hop music and wanted him to play something more techno. Organizers deny this saying that they didn’t say that but they did ask him to turn it down because they feared the music was going to damage their equipment since it was being played so loud.
