Did Microsoft decide to go with Family Guy after all?

After all the controversy surrounding Microsoft’s decision to dump sponsorship of “Seth and Alex’s Almost Live Comedy Show” (see more at Microsoft has backed out on Seth MacFarlane comedy special), what was the deal with last night’s episode squeezing in a quick Windows 7 ad at the end? Here’s the video:

Granted, it was a very short, very non-controversial ad, but it would be interesting to hear how Microsoft is justifying this sudden about-face. I guess they figure any publicity is good publicity.
