Def Jam President Jay-Z Stepping Down

Jay-Z announced today that he will not be renewing his contract as president of Def-Jam records. His contract expires on December 31, 2007. Jay-Z has retired several times from but this time it seems to be real. He has told the press that it’s "time for me to take on new challenges."
