On the “Venice Kings” episode of Dark Blue, Dean goes undercover as a member of a dangerous new gang called the Venice Kings.

During the assignment, he works with an informant…
…to help bring down the gang and its ruthless leader O’Neil. As the police prepare to move in, however, the team discovers that O’Neil has something up his sleeve: a major bombing to take out a rival gang, not to mention a lot of innocent people.
That threat aside, Jaimie has huge issues with Carter’s plan to use O’Neil’s girlfriend to coerce the location of the bomb out of O’Neil. The team manages to find the bomb in time, yet O’Neil figures out that Dean and his informant have been double-crossing him. Oops!
Fortunately, as O’Neil is just about to put a bullet in the informant’s head, Jaimie arrives on the scene and shoots O’Neil, although she then struggles with what she has to do next.
Meanwhile, Ty’s sister asks him for money for the umpteenth time, on this occasion to the tune of $7,000. Too bad for her that Ty doesn’t have that much, so he’s tempted to take cash from a bust to give his sister. As his wife struggles with Ty’s sister always requesting a handout, Ty decides to sell his motorcycle to help her instead.
