For the first time, CSI: Vegas and CBS show Without a Trace will air a two-hour crossover event Here’s an excerpt from TVGuide.com:
TV Guide: What’s the deal with that swimming pool over there? You guys keep looking at it.
William Petersen: [Laughs] We just found out if you jump in it, that means instant dismissal.
Anthony LaPaglia: So we’re trying to figure out how we can jump in.
Petersen: I’m sure it means only crew, but we’ll see.
LaPaglia: We’ll jump in hand-in-hand and someone from Warner Bros. will run out here shouting, “You’re fired!”TV Guide: You’re also diving into the first CSI-Without a Trace crossover. Did you know each other before working on these episodes?
Petersen: I think I first met [LaPaglia] at Steve Martin’s. I knew who Anthony was, so it was a thrill to walk in there and see him.
LaPaglia: And then when I first signed on to do Without a Trace, I remember calling you to get some advice on how to navigate the waters, since we were both working on Jerry Bruckheimer-produced shows on CBS. You really helped a lot.TV Guide: How did this crossover come about?
Petersen: Anthony and I almost did a movie with [CSI director] Danny Cannon. Danny thought it would be fun for us all to work together, so we’ve talked about this [crossover] on and off for four years now. It was a question of the right time and whether there was going to be a script or not. We didn’t want to do it just because CBS wanted it.

update the without a trace episode is also on the same disc as the csi episode on the season 8 dvd of csi
after doing some exhustive searching I finally put all the pieces of the puzzle togather the csi eposide was titled who and what and the without a trace was called where and why the without a trace eposide is in season 6 which has NOT come out on dvd as of yet and while tnt may have aired that one (not sure dont watch tv much due to work) its not in the current listing. best bet is to wait til season 6 comes out on dvd oh and for the csi eposide its on season 8 which is out on dvd go figure LOL.
This episode will air on the TNT channel nationally on April 9 at 1 pm eastern time.
I found out what network carries the reruns and tracked down on their site….kind of CSI-ish.

Search it on google and then go to the mininova site. If you are new to the torrents experience you can get all you need from the website. Go to the main page and find the “featured torrents” then click on “learn more” and you are all set. Hint: it is perfectly legal.
This episode is a continuation of the CSI episode “Who & What”. The Without a Trace episode is “Where & Why” aired on 11/8/2007. If you really must see it, this might help. It is episode six of the sixth season, so if you search for “without a trace 6×06 torrents mininova” you’ll find it ready for download.
Thursday Feb. 21 on KHOU, ch. 11 in Houston, TX @ 8pm (*CSI) and @ 9pm (*w/o a T) is the repeat of the crossover “Who and What”. Hope this helps. I used yahoo TV to find this.
The show was pretty good. I just wished Grissom was in the Without A Trace episode more. He hardly had a part in it.
I was’nt able to see the second half , Please let me know when I’ll be able to catch it online or on TV.
My 6 month old baby starred on the second half and didnt get to see it. I am hoping to catch it again. Oh yah i talked to grisom, nice guy.

Weird. My iLinked D-VHS failed to record it, too. Looking for the next re-air date.

My DVR also did not record the without a trace episode even though I had it set up to record it. Has anyone found the without a trace episode online?
THIS STINKS. I DIDN’T REALIZE THAT THE SECOND PART WAS SHOWING ON WITHOUT A TRACE. I THOUGHT PART TWO CAME ON THE FOLLOWING WEEK ON THE CSI SHOW. HOW DUMB AM I! PLEASE SOMEONE LET ME KNOW IF ANY ONE FINDS THE WITHOUT A TRACE EPISODE.. THANKS. THIL THE I’M WRITING CBS TO LET THEM KNOW HOW BAD OF AN IDEA THAT WAS…LOL
What a rip,Tivo didn’t catch the crossover episode. I got the vegas part one and missed the Without a Trace. I hope the Rerun will be better advertised. I really wanted to see how it ended.
I think it must be a conspiracy. My DVR didn’t record Without a Trace episode, and I can’t find it either
how can i watch the second part or will it reair?
Man i wa so mad i thought i had recorded and i didn’t i want to see the without a trace part it will take a long time to see it again i heard it was really good too
Same with me, have searched and searched, without a trace is really without a trace. It has to turn up eventually.
I have googled and googled and cannot find part of the csi wat crossover wat is not showing a recap on there end, does anyone know why? I only go to see part one.
