OMG!! I’m so worried about who this spoiler is about. Apparently, there’s a member of the CSI: NY team that is going to be killed in the season 5 finale. The way it’s worded, “a member of our family” could that mean Danny or Lindsay…or the baby? Oh, no!!!
But I don’t want to see any of the other cast members go either! This is horrible news! Especially in light of the cast changes that have happened in the past year for CSI: Vegas. All I can say is that it better not be Mac or Stella! Stella is still trying to get to the bottom of the Greek coin thing. I just don’t like the possibilities at all!
On the bright side, we can look forward to Craig T. Nelson returning as that slimy publisher. And Ed Asner will also be guest starring on that episode. WOW!
Spoiler:
“That’s right,” says CSI: NY executive producer Peter Lenkov. “We lose a member of our family [in the season finale] — and that’s just in the first 10 minutes.”
The other 50 minutes of the hour will probably be pretty killer, too. Leading up to it is episode 5.22, titled “Yarzheit,” which features not only Lou Grant… er, Ed Asner but also comic legend Shelley Berman. In this one, “Our CSIs find themselves investigating a crime that takes them into the world of racism and bigotry, only to uncover a deep, dark secret that dates back to the Holocaust,” teases Lenkov. “Also in this episode, Mac will learn something about his father he never knew.
“And in the season finale” — which also has Craig T. Nelson winding up his arc — “the CSI: NY team is on the trail of a team of sophisticated kidnappers-turned-cop killers,” he continues. “Their crime will forever change the CSI: NY lineup.” [Source: EW]
Who do you think it might be? Who do you hope it’s not. Let us know!

It looks like Stella gets wacked. Sela Ward will take that spot.
i just fineshed watching this season angel dies and im like omg thn at the end the bar is under fire i need to know whts next i have to knww whts next who dies y was danny crying ?? but this was so shocking i just cnt belive shes dead omg i wont stop thinking about this show damn it !!!
I know! They were awesome… For her to die like that! And for him to hear it on the phone like that… Horrible, utterly horrible…
To VD: That’s sad I was kind of hoping it wasn’t true. I really think it’s stupid to kill her! Poor Don. I really liked them as a couple.
I am in utter agony. *Tears fill eyes* She’s gone…
Sorry if I spoiled anything, but it is a spoiler page.
I spoke to someone, Angell dies
I agree with Mack, Rikx and KiKi (Unique names BTW), but HillGirl87, I mean know offense, but how could you just say, “…too bad for don, but he’ll get over her…” Isn’t that kinda mean to Flack/Angell fans, brushing her off like that? And, I really do not mean ANY offense, NONE! And I’m sorry if I do. I just think it’s unfair to brush someone off like that, I mean, you wouldn’t want someone to do that your favourite character. I know everyone has an opinion, and a right to say it, but you should be polite about what you say.
I agree with you Mack and KiKi, but I still think no one should die, or go into live-or-die cliffhanger, over-used, out-dated, kind of boring and soap opera loaded!
Ya, I agree with you Mack, I hope it should be one of those three. I like them, but they have been there forever, and Stella and Mac have kind of faded a bit. They’re still strong, but the characters are old. I only think it shouldn’t be Danny and Lindsay because they are parents, but Lindsay could cut down on the screen time.
The episode hasn’t been shown, and who ever dies shouldn’t be brushed off so quickly. Even though I think it should be Hawkes, Stella or Mac.
yayyy im so glad it wasnt hawkes, or stella or danny or mac or lindsey. angell wasnt too realitive to me anyway, too bad for don, but he’ll get over her
And now, with CSI NY, it’s probably going to be like, Jess dies, leaving behind her distraught boyfriend, and Danny’s put into a coma, leaving behind his wife and baby, who don’t know what will happen. If that’s what happens, I fell the most sorry for Flack, his girlfriend dies, then his best friend goes into a coma. Major soap opera ish.
I agree with Signe, CSI NY reminds me of a soap opera, at least with the finale. Though, I think that’s how CBS does things. I watched the promo for NCIS, it looked good, but the last two episodes… If Ziva kills Tony, it’s soap opera land. (Not that soap operas can’t be okay at times.) I mean, guy goes to arrest his partner’s boyfriend, fight started by jealousy over the girl, boyfriend dies, then girl goes after boyfriend’s killer, and splits up her whole team. How sappy. And Tragic. At least I think it is.
Ya, I think it should be Hawkes, as much as I adore him, I think I like him more in fanfiction and his thing would change the CSI line-up, he’s been on the show since season 1!
to rikx: No not at all. At least not more than I am :) I think when you watch a show like that you see all the good things they have, and then you think about your life and often it’s nothing like that. My friend and I talked about if our lives were a tv show and I think that if you were not living your own life it would be exciting to watch.
My favorite on the show will always be Adam. (I live in Denmark) So i watched the episode they showed and it was an old one and I laughed so much at Adam he is so cute! I think he makes the friendship on the show stronger. I wish I knew a guy like that :)
to Kiki: that sounds like a good plan :) I think i’ll do the same. But i’m pretty sure they are going to kill Angell and put Danny in a coma.
I think CSI:NY have to be carefull to be become to much like a soap opera. :)
I still think Hawkes should be the one dying not Angell.
Oh my gosh. PLEASE DON’T LET IT BE FLACK! OR DANNY OR LINDSAY!!! It can’t be Mac or Stella because there are the main main characters on the show. I kinda hope its Angell but they will make it throw FLack into a funk
I just think they shouldn’t kill anyone off, it would wreck the show. I think I’m just watching the first ten minutes, see who dies, then leave and come back to find out who’s life is on the line. I think that is an out-dated, and over-used cliff hanger. So many shows have used it, it’s very boring now. I think Rikx is right, there should be more women. Plus, this season was great with all the character development and I don’t think Season 6 will be that great if they kill off Angell, I know she’s recurring, but she is my fav. And Flack would be devastated, watch the promo and see, it’s on youtube like a million times so it’s not too hard to find. I just think they should stop messing up CSI!
Thank you for agreeing, I know it probably sounds like I’m some feminist woman, but it seems there are very few shows that CBS puts out that actually have more than two or three woman in in. The only ones that are a bit equal are, Mentalist: 2 women, 3 men, Without A Trace: 3 women, 3: Men, and Ghost Whisperer, but then that has to be even, it’s about a woman. Why do they always kill off the women? It’s getting very boring, and I honestly think I may stop watching CSI NY, not because it’s lack of woman, but because it’s getting a bit boring, this season was amazing with all the character development but there’s nothing interesting really except for the case, and you normally guess what’s happening half way through anyway. I think I’ll only watch because I want to see how the baby grows up, how Danny, Lindsay, Mac and Stella develop. I’m so jealous of their friendship, they are so close. Is that weird to say? I think it semi is because it’s on a tv show.
I agree rikx. It’s just stupid to kill Angell. I really liked her. You’re right we need more woman :)
I meant feminist. Not humanist.
