Crispin Glover joins "Alice in Wonderland"

The cast continues to stack up for Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland.” The latest to join the flick is Crispin Glover, who’s just signed to play the Knave of Hearts.

I had to search back through my childhood memories to remember the Knave of Hearts. He’s the one who’s put on trial for stealing the Queen of Hearts’ tarts and is then defended by Alice.

Also in “Wonderland” is Mia Wasikowska as Alice, as well as Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway and Helena Bonham Carter. Burton is using a combination of live action and performance-capture technology to tell the Lewis Carroll story.

Glover’s done a ton of movies, including playing Grendel in 2007′s “Beowulf.” But I like to think of him as George McFly in “Back to the Future.”
