Freedom of expression is pretty important. So are free markets. Still we regulate kids exposure to lead paint, and in California, we don't let you smoke on the beach because secondhand smoke is dangerous to your neighbors. The evidence that TV shows like Dexter pose a real threat to the well-being of human beings is well established.
