Freedom of expression is pretty important.  So are free markets.  Still we regulate kids exposure to lead paint, and in California, we don&#039;t let you smoke on the beach because secondhand smoke is dangerous to your neighbors.  

The evidence that TV shows like Dexter pose a real threat to the well-being of human beings is well established.  Consider, for example:
