CBS May Air 2nd Jericho Ending On Website

As Jericho fans know, CBS filmed two endings for the recently axed show. In an interview with If Magazine, Co-Executive Producer Dan Slotz said CBS is debating whether to air the second ending on CBS.com. He said it will definitely appear on the second season DVD. along with numerous other features including one on the infamous “Nuts” campaign.

Fans of the show sent thousands of pounds of peanuts to the CBS offices protesting Jericho’s first cancellation. Their devotion earned the show a short reprieve but ratings never reached the show’s first season peak. Those same rabid fans are now engaged in e-mail and letter writing campaigns to help Jericho find a home on another network. Sci Fi Channel and the CW have been mentioned as potential suitors.
