At least there is a bit of good news to report about Zack returning to Bones soon. Not that he’s coming back for good. (We can only hope about that…) But he will be back for the May 16 episode, according to Michael Ausiello. He talked to Stephen Nathan and got information about it for us, including info about some of the other favorites we can expect back then too.

Ausiello: The latest is he’s probably definitely most likely going to be in the finale on May 14. And he won’t be the only Bones alum appearing in the ep. “The finale is pretty much going to have everyone who has ever been on the show,” reveals exec producer Stephen Nathan, who says Patricia Belcher (Caroline) and Ryan O’Neal (Max) are among the MVPs slated to join Eric Millegan (Zack). “It’s going to be an interesting last episode of the season. Very different for us, but it should make sense in the context of the season.” [Source: EW]

Does anyone know if there is going to be a 6th season yet. I really hope so, and I really think they should bring zack back.
Zack is my favorite! I do hope he returns to the show!!
I miss Zack. He was one of my most favored characters on Bones. I hope he will be seen more often in season 5. (First episode of the new season is coming out in September, I think.)

Oh, take it easy. Kathy probably missed that episode. It happens. I missed ‘The Wannabe in the Weeds’ and had to watch it on the Internet after that to understand how Booth got shot:-)
Why did he leave? You’re kidding right?! Gormogon? Cannibalistic serial killer? Zach becoming Gormogon’s apprentice? Ringing any bells…
Glad to see Zackaronie will be back! Why did he leave anyway? Always loved how he and Hodgins would have their “experiments” and their chemistry together. We need to have him back permanently please!
im glad zack is coming back one seaon without him was quite enough. although it might just be for the finale i hope they bring him back next seaon.
I’m thrilled that we’ll see Zack again, and I’m hoping that the others will find out about his innocence. Still, with everything that’s going to happen in this finale, I have to suspect that Zack will get very little screen-time, especially if lots of other guests are present.
I would LOVE it if even a brief appearance was used to set it up to bring back his character next season. One season without Zack was enough…..
