Bones fans who are eager to see Booth & Brennan get together will definitely want to check out this spoiler clip. The two of them are in a bedroom, getting dressed together. Brennan helps Booth with his tie, then there’s a real kiss! I can’t wait for this episode!
Here’s another fantastic spoiler clip for Thursday night’s season finale of Bones. It shows how Booth & Brennan are suspected of murder when a body is found. But listen carefully to what Booth calls Brennan right at the end of the clip!!!
I hope you are right Melinda. Maybe that is what they have been talking about, the fact that their relationship is going to change. I hope it does change, but for the good. She needed to realize how much she did in fact love him. The romance between the two will make for an even better show. It just was confusing for me and I have had to watch the season finale several times to make sense of it. I have to be honest, at first I was really mad and frustrated. Now I am just hoping that Season 5 will focus on the romance between them.
But, Kathy, they didn’t actually screw around with the show. I mean, honestly, everyone now will want to see what’s gonna happen in season 5, and that’s, of course, thanks to the twist in the finale. Personally, I thought it was smart. And besides, it wasn’t THAT bad to go off track for one epsiode, especially that now Brennan realized how much actually needed and loved Booth. THAT alone is going to change the dynamic of their relationship in Season 5.
I agree with Amanda, I was very disappointed. Fans will quit watching if they keep screwing around with the show like that. I have seen it before in shows I liked. I will be watching to see what happens, so I hope they do not lead us on for too many episodes. I am glad she finally realized she was in love with him, but now to have him not know who she is, is a BIG let down! Hopefully he will have more to say and he didn’t get to finish what he was saying when the show ended. But it just didn’t seem like Bones to me. Their theme music was not even played, and to me it was not a love letter. Especially when it wasn’t even real, it was just a dream. Let’s get this show back on track, and if we didn’t like it chances are the critics won’t either. I don’t think they earned too many points with this season finale.
I agree with Sarah – I’m really just annoyed that they basically lied to us. They said it wasn’t a dream, hallucination, etc – but it WAS. Calling it anything else doesn’t change the fact that they *did* try to trick us. I realize they wanted to get ratings, of course, but I still don’t appreciate them flat out twisting the truth. Also, I remember the description of it as being “like a love letter to the fans.” I didn’t think it was like that at all. :( More like a suicide note, in its effect on me. :-S
(i.e., instead of giddy, the episode made me more like depressed. o_O) I also thought the amnesia thing was pretty cliche and soapy – I expected better from Bones. Both that and the dream sequence were VERY predictable (assuming one hadn’t taken their word about that certain scene being real)…I wasn’t impressed. Not that I disliked the episode as a piece of television or entertainment, but as a dedicated fan I was disappointed, and rather disgruntled, to tell you the truth. I’m sticking with them, of course (I love the show, as well as both the couple and the actors), but I can’t pretend I was happy with what the finale presented, compared to the hype they built up for it.
Just my take, of course. :)
Actually, I LOVED the finale. Sure, I got all excited when they said Booth and Brennan are hooking up, but the closer it got, the more hesitant I felt. Look at it this way. If Booth really turns out to have amnesia and it stays that way for two to three episodes, think about how great it will be after that. We get to see A LOT of emotion between him and Brennan. Maybe not sex, but I could do with tears and really tight hugs. No, the finale was very creative, smart, and amazing. Two thumbs up from me to Hart Hanson. Relax, everyone. Eventually, we’ll see Booth and Brennan together. It’s just a matter of time. Until then, we could do with a little suspense and sexual tension.

I hope there is a season 5 and everything turns out fine. I want to see at least a few episodes B&B together!!!
It says it in the TV Guide article: “No dream sequence here. No undercover assignment. Not even alcohol. After months of teasing, creator Hart Hanson confirms Bones (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) will hook up in this year’s season finale.”
So….what exactly did Booth have while he was in the coma if it wasn’t a dream?!?! I really enjoyed tonight’s episode (seeing the characters in a different light), but the fact that NOTHING happened in reality (when it was blatantly promised) pisses me off!!!
I was so looking forward to the episode and not just because of the Booth and Brennan doing the “Deed” but I was hopeful that we would get some emotion. There was none!!!
(Well Booth punching Jared was long over due and nice to see … even if it was in a dream)
I can’t even begin to describe how disappointed I am! It is the worst episode ever!
I beginning to think the series will not make it past season five. Bones is the first series I watched in four years. I so enjoyed it I own the DVD’s for Season one, two and three I have no desire to own season four at all. It amazes me how writers can take great shows like West Wing, Charmed, The Shield, Angel, X Files and my beloved Bones and destroy them. The writing in Bones Seasons one and two was extraordinary and unpredictable and fun “The Woman in Limbo” was maybe the best episode ever. We’ve seen very little of that kind emotion in season four (not even in Hero in the hold) another disappointment (except for Teddy he was great) even the humor was off in season four.
I liked seeing Zach in the episode and the some of references that were made was funny and I did laugh (a little). I did really enjoy John Francis Daley band they were good. But the episode was so disappointing in so many ways!
I think was bothers me the most is Heart Hanson and well as the actors said “it” (Booth and Bones getting together) was “not a dream” and it obviously was.
Well I guess they were right it was a Nightmare!

i want to see them as the real characters(brennan and booth)..i want them to face and to realize that they love each other!!!

I haven’t watched it yet, either, and I am just beggining for someone to tell me whether or not Booth has amnesia.

OMG Season Finale is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last few scenes were incredible
