Are You Attending a Twilight "Breaking Dawn" Party?

Participating Barnes & Noble booksellers will feature “Breaking Dawn” parties, which are designed to herald the midnight release of Stephenie Meyer’s new book, Breaking Dawn. Friday night, August 1 is the date!  The theme for the party is Prom, so all participants are welcome to wear prom attire. Party activities will include vampire trivia, giveaways, and other fun activities.

This is the fourth and final tome in the Twilight series of books, which follows the tale of teenager Isabella Swan, her vampire love interest, Edward Cullen, and her best friend Jacob.

For those who’ve been to B&N Harry Potter “midnight release” parties, you probably remember how much fun they can be. Some stores allow you to place a hold for the book upon arrival, and then at midnight, you’re allowed to purchase the book right there in the store.

What To Wear

If you need ideas for costumes/prom attire, judging from the images seen thus far of Bella and Edward, I suspect the girls will want to wear either red or black, or attire seen in some of the Twilight production stills.
