How does a person go from wearing a vial of her lovers blood around her neck and french kissing him during a tv interview, to adopting 400 impoverished multinational children and saving the world? I know people can change, but I'm having trouble buying it. And please, you want me to believe that she actually takes care of all these kids herself?
