Someone comes into the ER and they need to work with Cameron. House needs a surgery and needs to manipulate Chase. This COULD get old, but i can see how they could mix it up. This way Cameron isnt on the team, and House needs to suck up to Chase, a satisfying turn around. As long as they aren't all gone, and can contribute EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE to a case, allowing the new characters to develop more. 13 will be perfect, the other two need to be developed carefully.
