I don’t have any details, but Fox has just released two images labeled quite vaguely with this synopsis:
The legendary band Earth Wind and Fire join Clevand and family for a holiday music video.
No dates, no episode linking, no nothing. I’m guessing this might be a special Christmas-related special, but I have no other information. Here are the two images:

I’d say it has to do with, the Brown Christmas episode as Cleveland is wearing the same sweater in the unknow episode EWF guest episode stills, and the Brown Christmas epsiode stills.
