I can’t think of two people more suited for an offbeat romantic comedy than Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. She’s made a name with quirky roles in movies like "Yes Man" and "Bridge to Terabithia." He played Tommy in "3rd Rock from the Sun" and Cobra Commander in the upcoming "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra."
They star in "500 Days of Summer," about a girl who doesn’t believe true love exists and the guy who falls for her. It looks like one of those movies that could be both funny and sad – hopefully more funny than sad. Hits theaters July 24, 2009. See what you think of the trailer:
