This week is the Winter TCA tour (The Television Critics Association) and FOX revealed that this may not be the end of 24! Would you want to see a 24 Season 9?
As far as Kiefer Sutherland and executive producer Howard Gordon is concerned, they’ll keep doing the show as long as FOX wants them to.
“This is one of the greatest gifts of my life, doing 24. So I’m open to it,” said Sutherland. “Right now, my focus is on finishing season eight.”
“It’s certainly a possibility,” said Gordon, who explained that it’s always been FOX’s option whether to continue or not, even when Sutherland had years left on his contract.
FOX Entertainment President Kevin Reilly chimed in, telling iF Magazine that it’s the last contractual year, but who knows what will happen next in regards to a 24 Season 9. “I’m very thrilled with this season. The reception will be very positive from an audience standpoint. We collectively said, ‘let’s let it launched, get into Spring and sit down and talk about it.’”
Reilly adds that it’s in Spring that writers will have to break stories for next season, so that’s the latest they could make a decision.
“I certainly know Kiefer loves and would continue to do it,” says Reilly. “But it’s such a hard show to produce [for the producers], that we’re going to let them finish [this season] and regroup.”

I am Egyptian and i watched all the series of 24 till now i missed none, & i am expecting more not only a season nine but a ten as well, but i would like to know where did Almeda go, i am also hoping to see Jack in a stable life with a couple i was very happy for him & Renee but i expected that this means she had to die, so please i hope season nine shows a stable relashionship for Jack he deserves to be happy, i also liked the show up of Frredie Prinze Jr. in season 8 he was marvelous so definetly i want him in season 9 as well & no way 24 without O’Brian she’s a piece of art and i hope in season 9 she would be the head of CTU.
9 session must be in Turkey. it could be wonderfull.

Please bring back agent Renee Walker back in season 9. She shouldn’t die, give Jack a reason to be a life not just to be a life but happy.
If season 9 gets made I look for it to be better than ever only because jack is retired and they’ve put jack threw everything thinkable LOL

I think season 9 would make a more logical end to 24. The plot sequences seem to revolve around common themes in 3 season segments, Day 1-3: Drazen mission, Day 4-6: China, Day 7-?: unknown so far.
24 season 9 will be a boom here in Malawi we are waiting to watch 24 we miss it alot
