Will Favre Retire or Undergo Surgery?
Brett Favre’s retirement drama continues again this offseason. It seems like every year, it’s the talk of the summer. This time, it’s all about an injury. Favre has been informed that he will need surgery on his left ankle before playing again. Therefore, the 40-year-old is contemplating whether to have the surgery or retire.

Tiger Woods Struggles on the Golf Course
In recent months, Tiger Woods has struggled in his personal life following his infamous sex scandal. Now, in his second golf tournament, his struggles have extended to the golf course. Playing in the Quail Hollow Championship, Woods had a disappointing 74.
After playing so well in the Masters on his way to finishing tied for fourth place, Woods actually looked human on Thursday. Woods didn’t have an explanation for why he struggled.

Suns and Spurs Win, Meet Next Round
The San Antonio Spurs and the Phoenix Suns had an opportunity to advance to the Western Conference semifinals with victories on Thursday night. Both teams got the wins they needed. Now, the Spurs and Suns will meet in the next round in a best of seven series.

Eminem “Not Afraid” Track

Cinco de Mayo: Beer ‘Garita
Another fun drink for Cinco de Mayo is the Beer ‘Garita. Use your favorite Mexican beer or just about any other beer – dark or light – will do.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 cup tequila
1/2 cup Triple Sec
1/2 cup cold beer
crushed ice
Method:
Stir together limeade, tequila and Triple Sec in a large pitcher.
Fill glasses with crushed ice. Pour mixture over ice.
Top off with beer to taste.
Makes 4-5 drinks.

Jaguar to Race Orient-Express
Britain’s Octane magazine is racing the famous Jaguar works Long Nose D-type against the Orient-Express. The car left the Victoria train station in London this morning (April 29) to race against the British Orient-Express and then the Venice Simplon Orient-Express, in a 29-hour battle to Venice.

HP to Buy Palm for $1.2 Billion
On Wednesday, HP revealed its plans to acquire Palm at the price of $1.2 billion. This deal allows HP to have access to the Palm software that can run smartphones and other devices. Normally HP would have to turn to outside partners for this type of technology.
HP agreed to pay $5.70 a share to acquire Palm. The total value of the deal is $1.4 billion but after you factor in Palm’s cash and debt, HP is paying approximately $1.2 billion.

Lookin at Lucky Draws the Rail
Lookin at Lucky, the favorite for Saturday’s Kentucky Derby at 3-1, drew the rail in the post draw Wednesday. The No. 1 post spot is generally considered a disadvantage unless the horse has all-out speed because horses charging into the first turn tend to jam the inside.

At the Iron Man 2 world premiere, Helena Mattsson posed for photographers on the red carpet wearing a blue dress that didn’t quite provide enough coverage. She had a tiny nipple slip that didn’t go unnoticed.
