Soon We Can Play House at on Our PC, Wii or DS

WTF Moment #1: There’s A Zhu Xian 2?
I’m starting another section—or subsection or whatever you call these things—on MMOtaku called WTF Moment for those rare occasions in MMOdom when you feel the need to do a double take. Playing Around with iTunes
This evening, at the request of my wife, I’ve been playing around with iTunes on her computer. I’ve got to say I haven’t missed anything. I’m simply trying to get her library to update itself and remove references to songs that are no longer available to her on our home network.

SEC Chairman: Beware Broker Bonuses
As the Securities and Exchange Commission continues to clamp down on unscrupulous Wall Street denizens, Chairman Mary Schapiro has written an open letter to U.S. investment CEOs that warns against using bonuses to compensate brokers. According to Schapiro, such a practice encourages brokers to aim for more sales at the expense of the customer’s interest.

Boeing Dreamliner Overseer to Retire
The Boeing Company has released a statement revealing that Scott E. Carson, 63, has decided to retire from his post as the executive in charge of overseeing Boeing’s commercial plane division. As he held his position since 2006, Carson has been closely associated with the delayed and problematic development of Boeing’s much-hyped 787 Dreamliner.
Carson’s successor, who was previously top executive of Boeing’s military programs, is James F. Albaugh and he will replace Carson on Tuesday, even though Carson’s retirement will… More »
Disney’s Deal Leaves Paramount Worried
Disney’s recent decision to purchase Marvel Entertainment certainly was not meant to cause harm to Paramount Pictures, which is owned by Viacom, but the deal may end up posing a significant problem for Paramount. The worry stems from a one-year film distribution deal that Paramount formed with Marvel, one that Disney does not plan to extend.

Fantasy Zhu Xian CBT Starts September 10th
I don’t care much for 2D massively multiplayer online role-playing games, but Fantasy Zhu Xian, another quality product of China-based Perfect World Co. Ltd., commands attention. As you may have probably already surmised from my intro, the game is in 2D. What has me all riled up is the fact that Fantasy Zhu Xian features turn-based combat.

PlayStation 3.5 before PS4
So I don’t know how much of a surprise this is to anyone but Games Industry and Games Beat is reporting that we shouldn’t expect to see a Ps4 or a XBox 720 anytime soon.
In fact, we’ll probably see a PS3.5 instead.
