Patriots Trade Matt Cassel to Chiefs

New England Patriots quarterback Matt Cassel has been traded to the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs also got linebacker Mike Vrabel from New England in exchange for their second-round pick (34th overall) in the 2009 NFL Draft. Broncos Sign Brian Dawkins

Brian Dawkins will always be remembered as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles. But it looks like he will be spending the remainder of his career with the Denver Broncos. The Broncos signed Brian to a five-year, $17 million deal today. The contract includes $7.2 million in guaranteed money.
