Your customers/clients have predictable needs. Any organization that doesn’t act on its knowledge of those needs, risks alienating the people it most wants to impress. I wrote the other day about talking on the phone with the local agency that handles driving tests. The follow-up call today, to book a road test, offered up another example of making false assumptions about your clients. I booked the road test today, and the woman on the phone was very specific about… More »

I was getting tired of using other operating systems.
I just got curious about it.
The school/office changed the operating system on the computers we use and I got hooked after that.

We all wait and watch for trouble in Patriot land. We are happy even when a special teamer gets in trouble. The Patriots do everything right so often, it just feels kind of good when something goes wrong.

Joel, my partner in blogging crimes over at Re:Retro made me aware of GamesRadar’s hyper-excellent Street Fighter Week.
Amongst the offerings is “The History of Ken and Ryu,” which looks back at the relationship between the two fighters from the beginning of time to the present day. Did you know that Ryu’s red bandana comes from Ken? I did, but I’m a nerd. Do not attempt to be like me.
Enjoy your yaoi fodder.

England has got to be hoppin’ tonight!
Andy Murray pulled a miracle out of his scrawny little butt. Two sets down to the eighth-seeded Richard Gasquet is really not a great way to try and get into the quarterfinals of Wimbledon. But if Murray just wasn’t the little tall Brit that could.
The third set went the distance, and Murray came out ahead in a tiebreak. It was the turning point of the match, and Murray had all cylinders firing in the… More »
Strap on your thumb-sized mexican lucha-libre headgear and get ready to rumble!
The thumb wrestlers are not dead yet. If you still remember, we first caught Lucha Thumbre T-shirt by Andreas Nilsson in April. The white tee was featuring Wrestler in Mexican Red Mask in really funny facial expression.
This time, it’s Tom Burns who comes up with his own version of Thumb Wrestlers. Tom Burns’ sky-blue color tee, which is sold by Loiter, illustrates rivalry of two thumb wrestlers that look… More »

Tired of spending hours a day on email, Suarez worked to stop the cycle of emails generating emails, reducing… More »
